Due to inclement weather, on Dec. 11 & 12, trains north of Seattle will be replaced with buses between Seattle and Vancouver, Canada. Replacement buses may not stop in Mount Vernon, which is under evacuation orders. The Seattle-Bellingham buses are running but are not stopping in Mount Vernon. Train 517 on Dec. 13, will be replaced with buses if alternative transportation can be secured. All trains south of Seattle are running normally.
