Our pet policies do not apply to service animals.

Small dogs and cats (under 20 lbs with carrier)

Must be at least 8 weeks old
$26 fee
Must be in pet carrier at all times
One pet per passenger allowed
May not weigh more than 20 lbs, including weight of pet carrier
Pet carrier must be less than 19" long x 14" wide x 10.5" high
Pet carrier must be leak proof and well-ventilated
Not permitted on a full itinerary (including connecting bus service) longer than seven hours
Not permitted into Canada
Not permitted in business class
Not permitted on thruway bus service
Not permitted with unaccompanied minors
Not permitted with multi-ride/other passes

Make your pet reservation when booking your own ticket
If departing from a staffed station, check in no later than 30 minutes before departure with your pet
If departing from an unstaffed station, the conductor will confirm eligibility and provide a liability release waiver to sign
A pet carrier counts as one piece of luggage
