Amtrak Cascades is proud to be a partner supporting the 2nd Annual Train & Trolley Fest at Powerland Heritage Park in Salem, OR.
Join us for a festive day filled with everything trains & trolleys, fun, and giveaways!
Saturday, June 28, 2025 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Events include:
- Ride the trains at Willow Creek Railroad (weather permitting).
- Get behind-the-scenes tours at Willow Creek Railroad.
- Enjoy more events and activities with Brooks Depot Day!
- Unlimited trolley rides at the Oregon Electric Railway Museum included with the admission price! (While the trolley generally charges a fee to ride, for Train & Trolley Fest all rides are included!)
- Get a tour of the trolley car barn, usually reserved only for The Great Oregon Steam-Up!
- Take a guided tour of the grounds and learn about the cool things there related to trains and trolleys.
- Enjoy a ride on the rails with a rail bike!
- Remote control a LEGO train.
- Enjoy an expanded look inside the Willamette Valley Model Railroad Museum!
- At the end of the day at 5pm, there is a (free) presentation on “Lost Streetcars of the Willamette Valley” (see information below)

- Ticket(s) are subject to availability, non-transferable, and non-cashable. Tickets are not good for stopovers, cannot be extended past one year of Certificate Issue Date, and are non-negotiable for changes or substitutions.
